You can also go from the hotel to the RAPA on foot (fifteen minutes walk).

From Korston hotel: 10 minute walk to metro station Vorobyovy Gory, then go three stations by metro (Sokolitsheskaya line) to Jugo-Zapadnaya metro station plus 5 minute walk along Pokryshkina street. The entrance through the check-point 2 from Pokryshkina st.

The Russian Academy of Public Administration (RAPA) under the President of the Russian Federation trains specialists for the Central Government, Federal Civil Service, Local Government and Local Civil Service of the Russian Federation as well as scientific and educational personnel of the highest qualification.

Academy's research activity is aimed primarily at meeting the State's Public Administration and Civil Service practical needs: conducting research on behalf of governmental and civil administration agencies; providing expert opinion on major national programs and projects under consideration; elaborating new public administration technologies; working on public administration staffing strategies; providing information analysis to governmental and civil administration agencies.

RAPA's facilities include a modern administrative and residential complex comfortably located in the South-Western district of Moscow, just some 200 meters off "Jugo-Zapadnaja" subway station. The complex is made up of two academic buildings comprising 120.000 square meters of classroom space and two dormitories with a total of 1.300 single and double rooms.

The academic buildings house two Assembly Halls seating 910 and 400 persons correspondingly, 13 various auditoriums seating 50 to 250 people and over 50 classrooms seating 15 to 50 students. A number of the above have simultaneous translation capability. Catering to the students, the staff and visitors are the two big canteens, numerous cafeteria and restaurants. Medical care is provided by Academy's own medical center equipped with up-to-date means of diagnosis. Academy's library with its 2 million volumes of literature that will satisfy any educational, academic or research needs is an invaluable resource for students and academics alike.
